"We’ve been using Swisstrax for many years and absolutely love their products. We build a “city” here at the BNP Paribas Open tennis tournament with many tents that sit on a variety of surfaces, everything from pavers to concrete to asphalt.
Swisstrax keeps the flooring level throughout and with the variety of flooring options available, allowing each of our sponsors to customize their space with the professional look they prefer. Unlike Astroturf and similar carpeting, we’ve tried in the past that is usually disposed of after one event, Swisstrax is environmentally friendly and can be reused year after year. Depending on the flooring chosen, it also allows drainage in the event of rain, another quality our sponsors enjoy.
Even more important to us is our relationship with RG Event Surfaces. Their team is amazing. From the moment we begin discussions of what changes we may need to make for the following year, to finalizing the order, to the install by their extremely competent and skilled crew, through the event and then breakdown, we know we are well taken care of and do not need to micro-manage them.
We are a 15-day event with an attendance in 2024 of over 493,000 visitors. We anticipate exceeding 500,000 this March. We can be a very demanding event with extremely high expectations. RG Event Surfaces have never once failed to deliver on any of them. I can’t speak highly enough about this group."
